Harvest Host – Southern Grace Lavender Farm – Southport, FL

We looked forward to staying at this Harvest Host before we even had our 5th Wheel. We’d seen it on YouTube before and it really looked like it was going to be a great stay. Its the only Lavender Farm in Florida and is Veteran owned. The couple is very knowledgeable about Lavender and offer a tour when you arrive. They have a dog park, fire rings, which are all ready set up once you arrive and several sites with cement pads that offer water and electric; which is UNHEARD of when staying at a Harvest Host. They offer free fresh eggs to anyone who wants them in the morning. They also have a small store on site where you can purchase products that they have made with their lavender.

This was the Welcome center where you could get eggs in the morning and where you kinda got a background on the farm, what they do and how it all began.

It was an awesome overnight stay. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We met several new people that evening when the campfires, that were all ready set up, were lit. It was by far, the BEST Harvest Host we’ve ever stayed at.
